Sell City is an online marketplace that helps users list, discover, buy, and sell products across a wide range of categories. By using Sell City, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2) Safety and Fraud Policy

• Scamming is not allowed. Any attempt to scam, mislead, or deceive users may result in listing removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
• No fake listings. Listings must honestly describe the item, condition, quantity, and any important details.
• No stolen or unauthorized goods. You may only sell items you own or have the legal right to sell.
• No abuse or threats. Harassment, extortion, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior is not allowed.

3) Off-Platform Payments and Communication

To protect buyers and sellers, Sell City does not allow users to push payments or transactions outside the platform through methods such as Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, crypto, gift cards used as payment, or similar off-platform methods.

If you choose to complete a transaction outside Sell City, you do so at your own risk. Sell City is not responsible for losses resulting from off-platform deals.

4) Marketplace Disclaimer

• Sell City is a platform that connects buyers and sellers.
• We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, condition, delivery, or legality of every listing.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users, including scams, failed deliveries, damaged goods, inaccurate descriptions, or other transaction issues.
• Users are responsible for reviewing listings carefully and making informed buying and selling decisions.

5) Prohibited Items

Examples of items or content not allowed on Sell City include:

• Illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, or stolen goods
• Personal data, doxxing content, or anything that invades another person’s privacy
• Anything you do not have permission or legal rights to sell
• Listings that violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform rules

6) User Accounts

• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Do not impersonate another person, business, or brand.
• Sell City may suspend, restrict, or ban accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

7) Listings and Content

• You keep ownership of content you post, but you give Sell City permission to display and use it as needed to operate the marketplace.
• Listings must be accurate and must not contain misleading descriptions, fake photos, or deceptive pricing.
• Sell City may remove listings or content that appear unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

8) Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Sell City may offer checkout, payout, subscription, or listing-promotion features. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Sell City is not a bank or payment processor.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on the situation, the seller’s policies, platform actions, and third-party payment provider rules.

9) Termination and Enforcement

Sell City may remove listings, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users at any time if we believe they are violating these Terms, creating risk for other users, or harming the platform.

10) Changes to These Terms

Sell City may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
